Policy Deployment is key forming implementation of a strategic plan, identifying and focusing on the business critical issues and deselecting non-essential activities. The process demonstrates ownership, focus, direction and commitment through the involvement of Key Employees. Policy Deployment is the company foundation stone to our approach to PLAN, DO, CHECK, ACT (P.D.C.A.) cycle, the heart of Policy (Strategy) Deployment.
Beverston Engineering participate in Supply Chains for the 21st Century (SC21) an improvement programme designed to increase the performance of suppliers and ultimately their supply chains within the UK aerospace, security, space and defence industries. The programme is a collaborative effort with A|D|S leading the programme at a national level, working with signatory companies, primes, regional trade associations, strategic partners and accredited training providers.

Continuous Sustainable Improvement Plan (CSIP)
Beverston Engineering’s CSIP is a prioritised plan of those activities which are undertaken in order to improve effectiveness and performance of the business. Continuous Sustainable Improvement Actions propagate into project charters which flow to all areas of the business. The plan identifies all the improvement activities (no matter what their origin) it gives Beverston the necessary foundation for the Continuous Improvement activity to mature.
